Hi Jude – Hope both you and Mum are keeping safe and well – Richard has just forwarded me the link to your blog and just wanted to say how much I loved your words about Laurence – beautifully written and brutally honest – it brought back some memories – good and sad – that fish tank and the 70’s carpet. Your Mum always on hand to make us something to eat even at 2am in the morning after returning from a night out ! I did often wonder why Laurence with his life ahead of him and so much potential – but there really is nothing to be gained by asking that – as you so movingly explained its best to hold on to those memories and cherish them.
